Lieutenant Colonel Tai is Consultant Surgeon in General, Trauma, Vascular, Emergency & Critical Care Surgery at Barts and The London N.H.S. Trust in London, U.K..  He is a Lieutenant Colonel in U.K. Royal Army Medical Corps.  Lieutenant Colonel Tai is also the National Steering Group Faculty Chairman & Course Director of the Definitive Surgical Trauma Skills Course (DSTS) for General Surgeons delivered by The Royal College of Surgeons of England.  He is also a Director of the Trauma.org non-profit foundation
