General Terms and Conditions

All delegates who have registered and/or paid the delegate fee to attend the conference are bound by the terms and conditions of International Trauma Conferences.  There shall be no refunds in repect of the conference delegate fee whatsoever (save in exceptional circumstances - which, in any event, require written approval from the Conference Director authorising such refund).  No refund shall be made in respect of a delegate registration fee unless written confirmation has been provided by the Conference Director agreeing to such refund.  The conference programme detailed may be subject to change.  It is agreed between the parties that International Trauma Conferences cannot in any way whatsoever be held liable for any loss, damages or compensation caused by any change in the conference programme or conference faculty speaker or circumstances which are outside the control of International Trauma Conferences.  It is understood that any hotel accommodation or flight booking made by the conference delegate is outside the control of International Trauma Conferences.  Furthermore any bookings made by conference delegates using any link from the conference website to any external organisation is not to be perceived as either a recommendation from International Trauma Conferences or any inference that International Trauma Conferences is acting as either the agent or principal for the booking.  In all dealings made by the conference delegates in respect of the conference, the conference delegates unequivocally accepts and agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
